USPS is not an insured shipping method and O!cessories is not responsible for lost, late, mis-delivered or stolen packages. Also, USPS does not guarantee their time frames; they are only estimated times for delivery. Shipments with USPS may take longer during busier times of the year. Covid-19 has directly impacted delivery so please be mindful of our current circumstances when ordering.
Processing and shipping methods are based on business days and not calendar days. USPS business days are currently Monday-Saturday, please check their web-page for operational hours.
In stock merchandise is normally ships within *12-14 business days. Orders are sent using USPS First Class Mail option. We do not offer other methods of shipping at this time. When ordering, try to do so by considering the time frame of ordering, processing and shipping to your home. Please let us know if you have an absolute delivery deadline by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, accommodations can be made based on the customer’s needs. When your order is ready you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on the way including your tracking number. That is the best way to keep track of your order’s arrival.
O!cessories will no longer take responsibility for orders that are sent back or not delivered. Once the work is completed on behalf of O!cessories we can not take responsibility for what happens once it leaves our company’s possession. All packages are sent with the information entered at the time of delivery. We DO NOT EDIT ADDRESSES once it’s entered at the time of purchase.
